An address for each network

The rule is one, whichever the network.

X, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, Threads and Snapchat treat IPs in different ways, but the rule that works on all of them is the same: one dedicated address per account, always the same one, coming out of the country the account operates in.

What does not change between them

A shared address lumps your account together with someone else. An address that changes in the middle of an account life is read as a change of owner. That is why dedicated, with the option to keep the same ones on renewal.

None of them is beaten by an address. The use is keeping your own accounts stable per region, inside the rules of each one.
