Using the address in code

The line is the same. What changes is how each tool writes it.

Every tool receives the same four parts: IP, port, username and password. HTTP on port 20001, SOCKS5 on 20481. The guides next to this one show the exact form in each tool.

Before writing code

Test the line in the testing tool. An address that does not open its port will not work in code either, and the time spent debugging the program is wasted.

Keep the username and password out of the code, in an environment variable. A password inside the repository leaks on the first commit.
